think positive


i've read in brief about this. i have tried this twice. well, based on limited knowledge i have la.

bila nak tidur malam, think of what we want to achieve next day. imagine how smooth it will be. 

and alhamdulillah it works for both attempts i had. subconscious mind, the wonder of it. kena practice selalu ni. 
yang i noticed, bangun pagi mood bagus, budak-budak hu ha hu ha buat perangai, pun i tak cepat hangin. SBF pun perasan. hihi. 

bila mood bagus, i'Allah everything will be smooth. 

tu baru start dengan daily chores, just imagine kalau guna untuk better things... :D
